Fulfillment Coordinator

Job SummaryResponsible for the materials management function as it relates to planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains optimum inventory level for fulfillment items and supplies.Performs physical inventories on a regular basis, to verify inventory records and correct discrepancies. Issues monthly reports on storeroom activity.Unpacks supplies and stock bins and cabinets. Organizes and maintains inventory of all samples and products.Coordinates and validates accuracy of receiving reports.Create Purchase Orders for materials such as samples, fulfillment items, and Promotional pieces coordinating with Cenveo and Capital OneResearches competitive pricing for all orders placed (when or if needed).Matches Invoice/Receiver/PO for accuracy.Determines material needs from packaging orders.ADDITIONAL DEPARTMENT OR POSITION-SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Complies with safety rules and regulations; wear steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, shields and gloves as needed, is not involved in horseplay, is cautious when near equipment and machines, always makes sure safety guards and contractors are in place and operational. Maintains clean work station and housekeeping in work area.All other duties as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Special Skills Required:Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Excellent time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).Extensive knowledge of JD Edwards software.Extensive knowledge of One Max Operating systemBasic math skills.ContactsThis position requires daily contact with various department supervisors, internally and externally, employees, and FedEx / UPS drivers.Cenveo Project Managers and Sales Leaders for Capital One and Cenveo MarketingPhysical Requirements & Environmental ConditionsThe physical demands required while performing the duties of this job includes: required regularly to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms, twist, talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds or more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and an ability to adjust focus.This position requires operating material handling equipment.The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals and heat.
