Scheduling Coordinator

This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This is a hybrid role and requires reporting onsite 3 or 4 days a week and candidate can report to location of chose between Lansing or Jackson, MI.Responsibilities:This position is within the Electrical and Underground Scheduling department and provides direct support for the Electric Underground Distribution Department..Foster relationships with operations leaders and line works.Build a reliable and efficient schedule.Line up work with any 3rd party contractors and additional resource as needed per the jobRequirements:2 or more years of customer service experience as a resource and work schedulerSAP experience is requiredStrong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Associates degree or higherProfessional demeanorProactive in addressing things that may arise in the day to day of the jobAttention to detailHourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 17-$22/hrBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)All qualified applicants will not be discriminated against and will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability, race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
