This organization provides integrated, community-focused care and is continuing to grow across multiple service lines.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and executional level, leading a team while remaining directly involved in hiring efforts across clinical and non-clinical functions.Position OverviewThe Recruitment Manager will oversee recruiting operations while personally managing key searches. This individual will partner closely with leadership across departments to drive hiring initiatives, improve processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.Success in this role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruiting, while building scalable systems that support continued organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Leadership (~50%)Lead daily recruiting operations across multiple departmentsAllocate requisitions and manage team workload to ensure hiring timelines are metCoach and develop recruiting team members to strengthen sourcing and stakeholder engagementEstablish performance expectations and track team metricsStandardize hiring workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience practicesEnsure compliance with applicable employment laws and healthcare hiring regulationsCollaborate with leadership to anticipate workforce needs and align hiring strategiesFull-Cycle Recruiting (~50%)Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles (clinical, operational, administrative)Support hiring for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other medical staffSource candidates through multiple channels including direct outreach and professional networksConduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisionsLead offer development, negotiation, and closingPartner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitionsRepresent the organization at industry events and recruiting initiativesEmployer Branding & Talent StrategyServe as a brand ambassador to communicate culture, mission, and value propositionPartner with marketing to develop recruiting campaigns and job advertising strategiesBuild relationships with training programs, associations, and academic institutionsStay informed on market trends and evolving workforce dynamicsAnalytics & SystemsTrack and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline healthMaintain accurate data within the ATS and ensure reporting integrityIdentify trends and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessProvide regular updates and insights to leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree required (HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field)Advanced degree preferred5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience preferredExperience hiring clinical talent (physicians, APPs, nurses, etc.) strongly preferredFamiliarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools (e.g., Greenhouse or similar)Strong understanding of healthcare hiring dynamicsAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands-on executionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
