Associate, Process Engineer

Overview In this role, you design, develop, and implement efficient production processes for mass manufacturing. You will optimize equipment layouts, troubleshoot production issues, and guide technical specifications. You’ll ensure compliance with GxP and SOPs, maintain documentation, and support quality control. You work within Alcon’s Engineering function to improve processes, products, and packaging, contributing to better sight outcomes. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to advance manufacturing at scale.
