JOB DETAILJob Title : IT Specialist Instructor Level TwoJob Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)Job Duration: 6 month(s)+ (Contract)Job Role and Responsibilities:Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software.Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminarsMust have the ability to communicate accurate informationDeliver instruction on Computer Systems principles, tools, and techniques with practical applicationFacilitate classroom discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studiesDevelop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materialsProvide mentorship and guidance to students on analytical projects and courseworkServe as a subject matter expert on Windows and Mac computer systemsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEThe following are the education and experience required for this position:4+ yearsBachelor's in IT or related fieldCompTIA CTT+ desiredSecret Security Clearance
