Cellular Crew Foreman

Structural Tower Services is looking for experienced Tower professionals to join our team. We usually work within MN, but occasionally travel outside of the state when opportunities arise. Training will be provided on the job. This position requires someone that is hardworking and able to sustain long periods of physical activity. This includes the ability to climb heights in excess of 500 ft. This individual must have knowledge in Microwave, UMTS & LTE Upgrades for AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Basic Antenna, Line & Microwave installs are preferred. We are looking for a crew foreman that has excellent communication skills, great organization skills, self-discipline and a self -starter OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, Competent Climber/Tower Rescue, Anritsu Certification and PIM Certification are Preferred. Must have clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug test and physical. Travel is required.
