The Plateau Travel Plaza is opening soon, and we are building a strong facilities team to support our newly remodeled and expanded property-including our gaming floor, C-store, and Three Teepees Caf. We are currently seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. This full-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a fast-paced, public environment. Custodians play a critical role in supporting daily operations and the overall guest experience. What you'll doPerform routine cleaning and sanitation throughout the propertyMaintain cleanliness of restrooms, gaming areas, public spaces, offices, and back-of-house areasEmpty trash and dispose of waste properlyRefill restroom and facility supplies as neededSafely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipmentFollow established cleaning schedules and proceduresReport maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisorsSupport a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members Benefits, Compensation, & PerksThe starting wage for a Custodian is $18.00 per hour plus a shift differential for non-standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.
