Our comprehensive and competitive benefits package includes but is not limited to:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision insurance optionsShort-term and long-term disability insuranceLife insurance gifted to you401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysA team culture focused on growth, communication, and high-quality careWork-life balanceWhat You'll DoAs a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:Maintain high clinical standards while balancing efficiency, patient comfort, and educationSupport a preventive-care model focused on early detection, long-term outcomes, and patient trustPerform comprehensive periodontal evaluations, including full-mouth probing and risk assessment, at appropriate intervalsIdentify, co-diagnose, and document periodontal disease accurately and ethicallyEducate patients on the oral–systemic health connection and the long-term impact of untreated periodontal diseaseAdvocate for necessary periodontal therapy based on clinical findings.Take and evaluate dental radiographs and intraoral photosEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care practicesReview and update patient medical histories and chart findings accurately in the dental softwareFollow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocolsPromote same-day treatment when appropriate and assist with treatment coordinationSupport a patient-centered experience with empathy and professionalismActively contribute to a team-based environment and model Squire Dental's mission and valuesQualificationsRequired:Active RDH license in the state of practiceCurrent CPR/BLS certificationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skillsStrong attention to detail and documentationProficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital radiographyPreferred:Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)Local anesthesia certification (as required by state law)Laser certification (if applicable)Work Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods during clinical proceduresManual dexterity to use dental instruments and equipmentExposure to bodily fluids, radiation, and sterilization chemicalsMust wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all health and safety protocolsDon't Wait!
