Our Core Values are, Excellence, Teamwork and Care if this describes and you are passionate about food, quality, guest service and growth, come join our team!As an Assistant General Manager you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!Responsibilities:Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely mannerTake customer orders over the counter and phone ordersOffers information and suggestions about our menu to the customerAfter the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customerRepeats order and show them their meal for accuracyFollows up with customers to make sure needs are being met.Acknowledges and addresses guest and Team Member concernsUnderstands follows and executes all food safety and work safety requirementsEnsures product is being prepared, served and stored to company standard, following all food safety regulations (FIFO)Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.Provides on-going coaching to store team.
