Job Description Production Assembler I – Temporary (Temp-to-Hire)The Production Assembler I assembles mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished units using hand and power tools. This role involves fitting, aligning, testing, and adjusting parts to meet specifications and quality standards.This is a full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire role with the potential to convert after 90 days based on performance and attendance. 9/80 schedule.ResponsibilitiesAssemble, align, and adjust parts per specificationsUse hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipmentTest and calibrate components to meet quality standardsRepair or refit units that do not meet requirementsMaintain production records and a clean work areaQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2–3+ years related assembly experienceKnowledge of assembly, calibration, soldering, and testingAbility to lift/move heavy objectsVocational/technical training a plusPay: $23–$25/hr DOE
