Vice President-Leveraged Finance (Digital Infrastructure)

The Fourfound Group is seeking a high-performing Leveraged Finance VP to join our clients team this person will focus on TMT and digital infrastructure sectors.The role involves working across the full deal lifecycle, including origination, pitching, and execution of leveraged transactions. You will support the structuring and underwriting of LBOs and leveraged corporates, with exposure to both loan and high-yield bond markets. Responsibilities include building and reviewing financial models, conducting credit analysis, preparing internal credit papers, and supporting transaction execution. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leveraged finance or credit, strong modelling and analytical skills, and demonstrated involvement in live transactions. Experience in TMT, particularly digital infrastructure or data centres, is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged finance transactions (LBOs and leveraged corporates)Build and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO and credit modelsPerform in-depth credit analysis and due diligence on potential transactionsPrepare internal credit papers, investment memos, and committee materialsAssist in the development of client pitches, marketing materials, and lender presentationsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, sponsors, legal, and advisors) throughout deal executionMonitor existing portfolio credits and track performance against underwriting assumptionsConduct sector research, with a focus on TMT and digital infrastructure
