Digital Platform Architect
Experience Range: 15+ yearsMust have :• Architect and lead a Medtech Digital Platform spanning connected devices, edge, cloud services, and data platforms.• Architect scalable cloud native platforms for data ingestion, analytics, and AI enablement.• Enable AI/ML ready data pipelines for workflow analytics, performance optimization, and operational insights.• Ensure high reliability, low latency, and non disruptive operation for real time surgical and OR environments.• Provide program and technical leadership, aligning architecture, delivery, and product strategy.• Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance for security, scalability, and compliance.• Collaborate with product, regulatory, cybersecurity, and engineering teams across the lifecycle.• Translate complex technical designs into clear business value propositions for stakeholders.• Should work with offshore team based in India• Knowledge of Medical regulatory and major markets like NA, EU, APAC and China is desirable• Should be located or ready to locate in New Jersey, USA Roles and Responsibilities :• Interact with all Product teams and Integration teams to map business requirements to domain requirements and design qualities such as reliability, security, reusability, testability etc.• Analyze, design and develop a software architecture roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business.• Support the development teams on all levels with the right architecture and design of all layers and assist the scrum teams in implementing the taken decisions such as appropriate technology, tools, solutions, workflow, coding standards etc.• Solve new and complex problems by researching, learning, and proposing novel solutions in addition to participating in their actual implementation.• Responsible and own all estimates and technical deliverables by the team ensuring time to time review and guidance to the team and publishing the deliverables including all documents• Advocate new and current technologies by researching technology trends, creating demonstrators, and elaborating the benefits.• Research, introduce and document new architectural design patterns, best practices, Coding standards, Checklists and technology trends.• Ensure the maintainability and extensibility of software architectures over many release cycles. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
