Key responsibilities include achieving business segment targets, developing and executing business and sales strategies, and maintaining a high level of product and market knowledge. The role also involves developing and managing key customer relationships, participating in cross-functional teams, and negotiating complex contracts with national and regional payer accounts.Applicants for the Vice President of Sales - Health Plans position at the company should have a proven history of building strategic relationships and closing complex deals within the health plan/payer market. A minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree.
