Microsoft Copilot Solution Architect

We are seeking a senior *Microsoft Copilot Solution Architect* (13+ years overall IT experience) to drive the enterprise deployment, governance, and architecture of Microsoft Copilot and AI Agent solutions. In this role, you will design multi-agent workflows using *Microsoft Copilot Studio*, build secure custom connectors, and integrate conversational AI systems with enterprise platforms including *Veeva* and *Workday*. *Key Responsibilities* * *Copilot Solution Architecture:* Design and deploy enterprise-grade conversational agents and multi-agent orchestrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot. * *Integrations & Connectors:* Build custom connectors, REST API integrations, and OAuth authentication flows to connect Copilot with enterprise applications (Veeva, Workday, and Microsoft Graph). * *Agent Governance & Observability:* Establish enterprise governance models, MCP integration frameworks, conversation state management, and observability metrics for AI deployments. * *Power Platform Ecosystem:* Utilize Power Automate, Power Apps, and Adaptive Cards to deliver seamless end-to-end automation workflows. * *Technical Leadership:* Guide engineering teams on generative answers, prompt engineering, custom tool builds, and security/compliance standards. *Required Qualifications* * *Overall IT Experience:* 13+ years of professional IT delivery experience in architecture, engineering, or systems integration. * *Copilot & AI Stack:* 2-3 years dedicated experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, trigger phrases, entity extraction, and multi-agent skills. * *Integration & Security:* 5+ years with APIs, RESTful services, OAuth authentication, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform. * *Enterprise App Expertise:* Hands-on experience integrating Copilot with enterprise platforms such as Veeva and Workday. * *Location:* Must be a local candidate residing in or near Alameda, CA.
