Data Management Solution Consultant (Associate)

For our client, we are seeking a Data Management Solution Consultant (Associate) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.This remote role will focus on shaping and delivering data management solutions that improve how business and technical stakeholders access, govern, and trust data. The consultant will partner closely with users, IT teams, and vendors to translate ambiguous needs into practical architecture, quality, and integration solutions. Success in this position will require strong documentation, testing, and change management skills to support effective implementations and ongoing enhancements.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $105,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Gather business and technical requirements for data management architecture Configure data management platforms for integration and quality processes Define and enforce data quality standards and business rules Develop test plans and conduct testing across multiple phases Create solution documentation and user guides Act as a liaison between users, IT, and vendors Support post-implementation enhancements and change managementQualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT or Business Administration 5+ years of experience in data management solutions delivery Strong understanding of data governance best practices Strong technical writing skills Experience working with ambiguous requirement definitions Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in an annual incentive compensation programOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
