Itochu Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for a Sr. Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions. This includes facilitating the due diligence process, conducting/supporting business due diligence, drafting and/or reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs) and purchase agreements in collaboration with internal and external legal counsels, performing valuations, and possibly supporting post-merger integration planning.Industry Experience Knowledge of or the ability to quickly adapt to the wholesale distribution and manufacturing industries, or related fields.Languages Native, business-level proficiency in English; Japanese proficiency is a nice-to-have.Ideal Candidate AttributesCultural Adaptability Ability to work effectively within culturally diverse companies and teams.Analytical Skills Capable of leading quantitative analyses related to M&A, performing industry analysis, understanding of key terms of acquisition related documents, and supporting strategic decision-making.Communication Skills Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to Travel This role requires travel as part of the job.ITOCHU Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for an IT Systems Administrator based in either our Dallas, TX or Chehalis, WA offices.As the IT Systems Administrator, you will be a dynamic contributor to the IT Services team. Your responsibilities include administrating and monitoring of company servers, backups, workstations, networks and more.This position will be responsible for coordinating upgrade initiatives, including upgrading systems with the latest versions of software, the rollout of new systems, and training.ITOCHU Building Products is the largest leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America.
