Data AnalystASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst, a high-impact, operations-focused role supporting supply chain excellence across our Columbia, PA, manufacturing operations. At ASC Engineered Solutions, your impact will be felt on the shop floor, in leadership discussions, and across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvementCollaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and other functions to align material planning with build schedulesMonitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend optimal stocking strategies for all productsSupport supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trendsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliabilityAssist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materialsIdentify risks in the supply chain (e.g., shortages, delays) and propose mitigation plansParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics, warehousing, and production flowSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logisticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, coding); experience with Power BI, ERP/MRP systems requiredFamiliarity with manufacturing environmentsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environmentAbout ASC Engineered SolutionsFollowing the 2019 merger of Anvil International and Smith-Cooper International, the unified company relaunched in March 2021 as ASC Engineered Solutions.
