The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in litigation of Personal Injury Law. This role is essential for providing high-quality legal services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as necessary.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide insights based on research findings.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.Assist clients with various legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the process.Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized.Experience:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to the West Virginia State Bar and in good standing.Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred but not required.Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research methodologies.Familiarity with Personal Injury Law, and other forms of civil litigation is highly desirable.Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. xmcpwfuJoin us in making a difference for our clients while advancing your career in a supportive environment that values professional growth and collaboration.Job Type: Full-time, In personBenefits:Health insuranceDental insurance
