In this role, you will help manage the development and execution of creative assets including trailers, TV spots, digital campaigns, social content, and other promotional materials distributed across paid and owned media channels.This position requires a strong understanding of entertainment marketing, creative production workflows, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced managing multiple high-volume creative projects in fast-paced environments.What You’ll Do:Support the A/V creative marketing team across campaigns for original entertainment contentCoordinate development and execution of creative assets including trailers, TV spots, social content, and digital campaign deliverablesAssist in managing external creative agencies and production partners to ensure timely delivery of assetsHelp track project timelines, schedules, approvals, and campaign deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsSupport budget tracking and production coordination across campaignsPartner cross-functionally with internal marketing, creative, and production stakeholdersEnsure creative assets meet brand, quality, and campaign standardsAssist with development and delivery of derivative cutdowns and bespoke social/digital creative assetsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendorsWhat You Bring:5–7 years of experience in creative production, entertainment marketing, campaign management, or related fieldsExperience supporting high-volume A/V creative campaigns within television, film, streaming, or entertainment environmentsStrong understanding of TV, digital, social, and print advertising formats and workflowsExperience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, production, and marketing teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high creative standardsAbility to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities effectivelyBonus Points If You Have:Experience developing or managing social-first entertainment marketing campaignsFamiliarity with entertainment creative production workflows and post-production processesExperience working with external creative agencies and production vendorsPassion for television, film, streaming, and entertainment marketingStrong understanding of emerging trends in digital and social marketingTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
