Packaging Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure the efficient and high-quality packaging of our products. Key Responsibilities: Operate Packaging Machines: Set up, adjust, and operate packaging machinery in accordance with company standards and procedures. Quality Control: Conduct visual and manual inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on packaging machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, and call technicians for more complex issues. Data Entry: Record production data, including quantities, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the shift. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals and communicate any issues that arise. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as a Packaging Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with packaging machinery. Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct detailed inspections and maintain high-quality standards. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
