If you are an experienced grill cook in a high-end restaurant with a passion for providing an excellent dining experience for guests, then we want to speak with you!RequirementsMust be able to:Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and suppliesMaintain and strictly abide to sanitation and health regulationsCheck production schedule and parsTransport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areasStart prep work and production of items needed for the dayIce down seafood in accordance with proceduresMaintain a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guestsMaintain organization, cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipmentOur CULTURE:The passion of our people is our greatest asset.
