Responsible for Quality Control procedures and documentation ofparts. Reads job specifications and/or blueprints to determine machineadjustments and material requirements (Part Layout). Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale,rule, or template. Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machinemalfunction. Measures work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machineoperation. Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust or scale from work piece. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition andfollows prescribed safety procedures. Responsible for learning, understanding and using MOPs and SWIs. Responsible for learning and using Epicor and MES Equipment. May perform other duties as assigned.CNC Operator (Domes) Skills And Specifications Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and/or sketches. Ability to use simple math to perform basic calculations. Ability to demonstrate basic computer competencies. Knowledge and ability to use common measuring instruments such astape measure, calipers, and micrometers. Solid problem-solving skills. Ability to contribute and work in a team environment. Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure firstquality of work. Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships withpeople in the course of work. Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tightdeadlines. Ability to safely operate a forklift.CNC Operator (Domes) Education And Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
