The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the data architecture that connects various financial and operational platforms, defining and implementing data models, and leading the design of integrations to support automation and reliable reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, data engineering, and a strong background in supporting ERP and finance platform transformations. The Director will also be tasked with establishing governance, identifying and remediating data issues, and driving a reduction in manual processes.Applicants for this role at The Company should have a proven track record in enterprise data architecture and data engineering, with a strong knowledge of finance data structures. The ability to operate across stakeholders, translate technical decisions into business impact, and demonstrate executive-ready communication and accountability is essential. Experience in multi-system enterprise environments and exposure to financial services or investment/portfolio operating models is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a practical approach to modernization, with a focus on building what is necessary, standardizing what is effective, and automating repetitive tasks.
