Fitness Membership Sales/Front Desk Associate

D1 Training is a 5-Star training facility in Prosper, TX and we are seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Recruiter to join our team! D1 offers the most effective holistic fitness programs backed by science. Our coaches train our athletes and clients to get stronger, faster and leaner while also focusing on joint mobility, recovery and nutrition. Key Goals and Vision for this Position: In this hybrid role, the Sales Recruiter/Front Desk Associate will serve as the first point of contact for members and as our brand ambassador inside the facility. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for connecting our brand and culture with the local community, scheduling appointments for both individuals and teams at our facility and closing qualified individuals and teams on appropriate D1 services. Job Summary Looking for a high energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT. Responsibilities: Fitness Membership Sales Connect with individuals, parents, coaches and other athletes and nurture relationships via phone, e-mail, text and in-person Making/taking phone calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact Manage and grow database and pipeline of sales leads Conduct sales consultations for prospects and their children Attend community events for the purpose of networking, creating brand awareness and lead generation Front Desk Associate Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering our facility Check in members as they arrive for classes Engage with members and answer any questions they have Qualifications Must be a high-energy individual. Must have 1+ years in sales - membership sales STRONGLY preferred. Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry. *Pay will be hourly in addition to sales commission and bonuses!
