Responsibilities:Assist in handling cases from inception to resolutionConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and contractsRepresent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiationsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courtsSupport senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation  2.
