A Day in the Life: TheSenior Air Quality Project Managerposition is based inSouth Louisiana , but the role can also be performedremotelyif the candidate hasexperience working in or with Louisiana . The primary responsibilities includemanaging project tasks, scoping, budgeting for proposals , and effectivelycommunicating with clientsto ensure projects are deliveredon time and within budget . Key Responsibilities: Project Scoping and Budgeting:Developproject scopesandbudgetsfor variousair quality projects .Project Management:Lead and completeprojects accurately and on scheduleto meet client requirements.Quality Control:Producehigh-quality work productsand conductquality control reviewsof both your own work and that of team members.Effective Communication:Clearly communicate with theinternal project teamandexternal clientsto provide updates and resolve issues.Relationship Building:Establish and maintainprofessional relationshipswith project team members and clients, ensuring trust and collaboration.Business Development:Activelypromote Spirit externallytogrow services and revenueby marketing capabilities to potential clients.Mentorship and Growth:Continue tolearn and growprofessionally while alsomentoring and training other project team members .Your Expertise and Skills: We are adynamic and entrepreneurial consulting firmseeking team members withtechnical excellence, problem-solving abilities,and strongcommunication skills . Successful candidates will possess the following: Core Skills: Expertise inClean Air Act, MACT, BACT, RACT, NSPS,andGHG regulations .In-depth knowledge ofLouisiana's state-level air quality regulations .Proficiency inemission calculationsand familiarity with associated methods and systems forstate and federal air permitting .Experience withemission inventory developmentacross multiple states.Skilled inair quality permitting , includingminor and major source permitting .Ability totrain internal project team memberson air quality processes and regulations.Experience withstate-level air quality regulationsin theGulf Coast Region(Texas, Mississippi, Alabama) is considered an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
