Office Administrator/sales Home Care Agency

Office AdministratorWe are a growing home care agency seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on a variety of important responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: Handle caregiver scheduling and ensure shift coverage Oversee hiring and onboarding of new caregivers Manage daily office tasks and client communication Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and caregivers Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism Be available to answer calls or messages after hours and on weekends when needed Handle intake calls Grow market and networking Build relationships with social workers etc. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of office experience (preferably in healthcare or service industry) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently Empathetic and patient approach to both caregivers and clients Flexible and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility Sales and relationship building a plus.
