Rogue Community Health seeks a Marketing Coordinator who understands that effective communication builds community and improves access to care. Every message shared, campaign launched, and story told helps remove barriers to care for families across Southern Oregon.
This role plays a direct part in advancing our mission of vibrant health for all, especially the most vulnerable, in partnership with our community.
The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen community awareness, patient engagement, and organizational storytelling. Working collaboratively across departments and with external partners, this position balances creativity, organization, and strategy in a nuanced, fast-paced healthcare environment, while offering opportunities to grow professionally within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Curate company brand and reputation.
Work in a team environment to create deliverables and strategy.
Assist in oversight of multiple media platforms including print, television, social media, and website.
Work individually and collaboratively to create content and build messaging.
Regularly analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize performance.
Research and analyze marketing data to identify and reach target audiences.
Provide regular reporting on project development and campaign progress.
Create, design, and launch marketing campaigns.
Develop rich, creative content optimized for search engines.
Assist in website maintenance and optimization with oversight; collaborate with design teams as directed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Rogue Rewards Benefits provides up to $750.00 (prorated by FTE and hire date) for the year 2026.
