Job Title: Surgical Technologist Job Location: Rowlett, TX Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Duration: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Shift Options: Mon, Tues, Wed – 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM Tues, Thu, Fri – 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM Note: Only hiring Travelers (must be 50 miles away from facility) Compensation: Pay Rate: $54.57/hr Weekly Gross for 36 working hours: $1964.36 (All-Inclusive) Weekly Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1028.36 Requirements: CST Certification. BLS (AHA Only). Minimum 5 years of OR experience. Experience in ENT and Vascular procedures. Job Duties: Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and surgical equipment for procedures. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs. Ensure proper handling, counting, and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and adherence to OR protocols. Support pre- and post-operative activities, including room setup and turnover.
