Landscape Account Manager
SUMMARY:The Landscape Account Manager is a full-time, year-round role responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving retention, generating revenue through enhancement sales, and managing production teams. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and maintenance operations is preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Management & RetentionServe as the main point of contact for assigned clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationshipsConduct regular site visits and proactively address concernsManage contract renewals, ensuring accuracy in scope and pricingProvide timely communication on schedules, progress, and updatesSales & Revenue GrowthIdentify, propose, and close enhancement opportunitiesDevelop seasonal and long-term property improvement plansPrepare and present proposals using company softwareMaintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targetsProject & Team CoordinationOversee maintenance and enhancement crews to ensure work is on schedule and within budgetCoordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsCommunicate effectively between clients, field teams, and office staffScheduling & OperationsPlan and manage daily and weekly project schedulesEnsure all logistics are in place prior to job executionDocumentation & ReportingApprove timesheets and track job progressSupport invoicing and project close-out processesProvide regular updates to internal teamsTraining & PerformanceSupport crew training and development programsMaintain and uphold standard operating proceduresSet and monitor team goals and performance metricsSeasonal SupportAssist with winter operations, including route coordination and schedulingBenefits:401(k) 3% MatchDental insuranceHealth insurance
