Job DetailsDescriptionThe Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, ensuring high-quality customer support, and maintaining efficient workflows within the service department. This role involves managing service technicians, service advisors, and service clerks, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.Essential Responsibilities And ExpectationsTeam LeadershipSupervise and mentor service technicians and support staff.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols.Service OperationsSchedule and assign service jobs to ensure timely completion.Monitor work quality and adherence to company standards.Maintain accurate service records and documentation.Customer ServiceAct as the primary point of contact for customer needs.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.Compliance & SafetyEnforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.Conduct inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.Process ImprovementIdentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.Experience3+ years of experience in service operations or supervisory roles preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.Skills And CompetenciesProblem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Job TrainingComputer softwareSupervision & leadershipBusiness communicationsRegulatory complianceWeb-based tools Safety complianceSafety SummaryWorking ConditionsWork is normally performed in a shop, office, or field environment.
