Onsite RoleContract Role - W2Contract AdministratorOverview and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and curious individual to join our Contract Administration team. The Administrator will work closely with various departments including Legal, Business Affairs, Production, Casting, Labor Relations, Current, and Creative to administer the contractual obligations of all above-the-line talent. The candidate is eager to learn and understands the importance of miniscule details.Essential duties and responsibilities:• Disseminates all start paperwork• Generates on all assigned series -o A-T-L payment scheduleso Episodic writer & director agreementso Option pick up & start date noticeso Notices of Tentative Writing Credits• Creates and maintains show files and informational charts for all assigned series• Sends out pertinent documentation & maintains charts in connection with the BCS, CBS Anti-Harassment Training, NOE for all assigned seriesBasic Qualifications:• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business and legal affairs, production payroll and/or contract administration at a major studio or agency• Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment• Ability to work effectively and communicate with multiple internal and external groups• Knowledge of Microsoft 360 - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
