The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist with vendor payments, customer billing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely payments and accurate account management.Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist - ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvalMatch invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentationPrepare and process vendor payments including check runs and ACHGenerate customer invoices and distribute account statementsApply incoming payments and reconcile customer accountsMonitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balancesRespond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding billing or paymentsMaintain organized documentation and support month-end accounting processes Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist - Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or accounting support experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience working with accounting or ERP systemsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Preferred Experience Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, or similar ERP systemsExperience working in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries#INMAY2026Click here to apply online
