The right candidate will be dependable, personable, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn the systems and procedures used in a busy law office.Responsibilities:The Administrative Assistant will assist with day-to-day office operations, including:Answering phones and directing calls appropriately Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional front-office environment Opening, sorting, scanning, and distributing mail Saving, organizing, and maintaining electronic documents Assisting with data entry and file updates Preparing and sending routine correspondence Supporting attorneys and staff with administrative projects Performing other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have:Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Comfort using computers, email, and basic office software Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team Prior experience in a law office is helpful but not required.
