This role partners closely with branch leadership to drive efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, support employee development, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Why Join RelaDyne?Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesStable and growing organizationTeam-oriented cultureWhat You'll DoOperations LeadershipSupport the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfactionSupervise warehouse associates and operational personnelPartner with branch leadership to achieve operational goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementAssist with staffing, training, coaching, and performance management activitiesInventory & Warehouse ManagementOversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and physical inventoriesSupport purchasing and inventory management activitiesMonitor warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standardsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding product availability and inventory needsAudit warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvementCustomer & Vendor RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendor partnersResolve customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional mannerSupport branch growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve service and operational effectivenessBusiness & Team SupportFacilitate communication between warehouse, sales, customer service, and administrative teamsSupport branch compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresParticipate in associate training and development programsAssist with branch reporting, budgeting, and performance trackingVisit satellite locations as needed to support operational consistency and best practicesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in operations, warehouse management, distribution, logistics, or branch operationsLeadership experience supervising and developing employeesStrong inventory management and process improvement skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building abilitiesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze operational and financial dataProficiency with Microsoft Office and business systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in industrial distribution, energy, manufacturing, transportation, or related industries is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience with inventory control, purchasing, and warehouse operationsKnowledge of operational KPIs and budget managementExperience leading cross-functional teamsStrong coaching and employee development skillsSafety-Sensitive Position NoticeThis position is designated as safety sensitive.
