Located in Brea, CA, BCI is dedicated to providing "Affordable Luxury" through their full line of innovative medical braces and services.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Brea, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client ( healthcare providers) relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing sales presentations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.QualificationsSales and Business Development: Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targetsCommunication and Presentation: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentationsOrganizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, track sales performance, and analyze market trendsProduct Knowledge: Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME), medical devices, or healthcare industry products is a plusProficiency in CRM Tools: Experience working with customer relationship management software to track and manage client interactionsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAdaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to client needs and resolve challenges effectivelyExperience in a similar sales or account management role is an advantage
