This position is responsible for ensuring completed products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time while providing a positive experience for our customers.If you enjoy being on the road, interacting with customers, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.Job DescriptionThe Delivery Driver will make deliveries and pickups throughout the Plano, McKinney, Allen, Frisco and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable interacting professionally with customers.You will drive a company-provided delivery van and must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company’s automobile insurance policy. A safe driving record, reliability, and a professional attitude are essential for this position. When not making deliveries, the Delivery Driver will assist with general production and facility tasks as needed.ResponsibilitiesDeliver completed products to customers safely, accurately, and on timePick up materials and supplies from vendors and other locationsLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and safely operate the delivery vehicleFrequently lift, carry, and move boxes weighing 50+ lbs. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer serviceCommunicate customer questions, concerns, or feedback to supervisors and account representativesComplete required delivery logs, reports, and documentationFollow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety proceduresAssist with production and facility tasks when not making deliveriesQUALIFICATIONSValid driver’s license requiredClean driving record requiredPrevious delivery driving experience preferredAbility to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs. frequently Strong organizational and time-management skillsDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredEnglish proficiency requiredAlphaGraphics centers (locations) are independently owned and operated.
