Pay starting at $28/hr BOESe habla Espaol!Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary:You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systemsRoof maintenance and repairsPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.Maintain professional interaction with all customers.Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededCommercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crewsA valid driver's licenseMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvyWorking Conditions:Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders.
