What you’ll do Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Support banquet services by setting up and breaking down food stations efficiently. Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times. Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing your culinary creativity and service skills. Uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Basic qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Preferred qualifications Experience in banquet services or catering is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Previous experience in hospitality or culinary roles that demonstrate your passion for service.
