This position is responsible for being the job site team leader for the seasonal work crews whom are performing general maintenance work. Duties include, but are not limited to, building and grounds maintenance, cleaning restrooms and vault toilets, tree planting, chainsaw work, small construction projects, weeding, mowing, weed wracking, and operating mowers, trucks, and skid steers.General Requirements :Ability to work independently and/or lead a crew, ability to lift heavy objects, manage time well, and be successful in a variety of weather conditions.
