The firm is highly regarded for its work in Civil Litigation and Medical Malpractice Defense.Role OverviewThe Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney will manage cases throughout the full litigation lifecycle, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, handling legal research, analyzing case law, and preparing for trial. This individual will also represent clients at hearings, court appearances, and trial proceedings while working collaboratively with a dynamic and experienced legal team.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Law applicable to insurance defense litigationInterest in medical malpractice/healthcare law a plusProficiency in drafting Motions and other legal documentsExperience with Depositions and conducting witness examinationsSkills in handling Trials, including case preparation and courtroom representationUnderstanding of Courts procedures and legal protocolsStrong analytical, research, and negotiation skillsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Pennsylvania (Required), New Jersey (Preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases effectivelyA commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standardsSalary/BenefitsSalary Range: $80K-$120K401(k) with discretionary bonusMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsLife Insurance and Short & Long Term Disability InsurancePaid Time Off- Vacation, Firm & Floating HolidaysReferral Program
