Job duties: Analyze and evaluate existing software and database management systems to understand information technology needs, as well as current systems, coding, and testing processes; gather end-users\\\' requirements for software and patch upgrades and installation processes, which will serve as a foundation for the resolution of information processing problems; develop and launch applications to maintain and upgrade the company\\\'s computer systems; create, modify, and test codes, scripts, and forms that allow a system to run different types of applications; document all aspects of an application or system project as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades; and there may be a need to work in different locations as required. Prepare and maintain the day-to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned areas of financial statements like Account receivable, Account payables, etc. including continuous monitoring of financial reports on Microsoft Dynamics SL. Coordinate with management and other departments and ensure optimal quality of accounting services. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports like 8-k, 10-k and 10-Q reports utilizing excel and Microsoft Dynamics SL generated financial reports and excel sheets.Prepare Accounts Receivable reconciliation compared to third party logistics in excel.Enter Journal transactions for month end and quarter end close in Microsoft Dynamics SL.Follow up with a third-party logistics regarding the accounts receivable and discounts and other long outstanding invoices. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly Financial Statements. Prepare and examine financial records of the company and ensure accuracy. Maintain and perform regular update on accounting systems on an everyday basis. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs using excel. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts in excel and SL Dynamics. Perform regular analysis on accounting issues and resolve it efficiently meeting with directors and other departments such as Payroll etc. Experience level: 2 to 3 years SENIOR DATA ANALYST Job Description: Conduct research and make recommendations on data mining products, services, protocols, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts. Work with large/complex datasets to solve difficult and non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of econometric data, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters to provide business intelligence information to users Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data. Make recommendations for selections on machine learning models. Analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information. Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business intelligence performance and utilize knowledge of mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Participate and present data to project teams. Communicate with teams on a regular basis and assist in development of department goals and strategies Qualifications: Bachelor\\\\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or closely related specialized IT/Quantitative field of study. Must have experience with statistical concepts and applying statistical techniques such as regression, naïve Bayes, decision trees, clustering, factor analysis, time series, random forest, gradient boosting algorithms, etc. to solve business problems. Experience in using statistical computer language (Python, R etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large sets. Solid knowledge of SQL in its various forms for traditional databases and distributed computing environments. Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytic tool such as SAS, Python and Tableau. Effective oral and written communication skills.
