Also, the Program Director teaches in his/her assigned area, works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction, is responsible for faculty training and development, and coordination and administration of the academic program for achievement of student outcomes.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess effective interpersonal and written communication skills and meet the required qualifications below:• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher• Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Tennessee or in one of the eNLC compact states.• Experience teaching at the post-secondary level.
