Salesforce Developer
Overview
In this role at CapTech, you will partner with clients on Agile, cross-functional projects to deliver software solutions across the full lifecycle. You will design and document technical solutions aligned with client objectives, lead Salesforce implementations, and provide hands-on guidance to developers. You’ll engage in design sessions, manage technical delivery, and contribute thought leadership. ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle using Agile and modern techLead technical design sessions and architect/document solutions aligned with business objectivesManage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementationsProvide hands-on expert-level assistance to developers for technical issuesDemonstrate technical thought leadership and share knowledge across teams
Key requirementsDesign and optimize cross-system business processes and integrationClient-ready written and oral communicationsMinimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experienceMinimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experienceExtensive Apex VF Controllers, Apex Triggers development experienceStrong background in large internet or client-server systems or complete software product lifecycleKnowledge of object-oriented programming, database design, and the SDLCExperience with technologies like VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services/SOAP, SQL Server, OracleKnowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with SalesforceStrong communicationCollaboration and teamworkProblem-solving mindsetApex and Visualforce developmentSalesforce integration and 3rd party toolsSDLC and OOP fundamentals
