🏎️ Quality Engineer – | Santa Clarita, CA (On-Site) $90,000 – $120,000Our client is a globally recognized motorsports manufacturer in Santa Clarita, California, seeking a Quality Engineer to join their racing program.This isn't assembly-line quality work. You'll own the quality function across high-performance racing components — from new product introduction through production — in an environment where precision and speed matter equally.What you'll do:Develop inspection protocols, lead first article inspections, and manage calibration programs. Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodology. Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, manage non-conformances, and execute APQP activities including process validations, control plans, and correlation studies.
