The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a positive employee experience.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional mannerHandle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretionAssist employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, and proceduresSupport the creation, implementation, and communication of HR standards and processesMaintain accurate records and employee data within the HRIS systemProvide general administrative support to the HR team as neededRequirementsPrior exposure to Human Resources through coursework, internship, or work experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEagerness to learn and grow within the HR fieldProficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools preferred
