Our multidisciplinary model integrates psychiatry, therapy, and case management to deliver truly personalized care to the communities we serve.We are expanding and looking for a compassionate, bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Spanish-speaking) who wants to grow clinically while making a meaningful impact.New graduates are encouraged to apply -we provide mentorship and a supportive onboarding experience.What You'll DoProvide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management across the lifespan.Deliver care through a hybrid model (in-office + telehealth).Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and leadership in a team-based environment.Utilize measurement-based care and evidence-based interventions.Educate patients and families to support long-term recovery and wellness.Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation using our EMR system.Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning.
