In this role, associates will handle freight, sort products, and load/unload merchandise from conveyors to designated store staging areas. Repeatedly lift, carry, sort, and stack boxes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Read and identify numbers, letters, and symbols accurately to ensure proper sorting and staging of packages. Communicate effectively with team members and follow verbal and written instructions. Maintain a team-oriented mindset, follow all safety guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Perform duties on a conveyor line or inside trailers, loading and unloading boxes as needed. Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 75 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old
