This role blends core accounting leadership with exposure to operational areas including HR and facilities. It’s a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys building structure while staying close to the day-to-day details.ResponsibilitiesOversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, invoicing, payroll, cash management, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and financial reportingPartner with external accountants as needed to ensure compliance and accuracyDevelop, implement, and continuously improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controlsLead budgeting and forecasting efforts; analyze variances and provide actionable insightsIdentify cost savings opportunities and support operational and productivity improvementsAnalyze and support capital investment decisionsProvide cross-functional support in operations, including facility management, shipping, and inventory controlAssist with HR-related activities, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance reportingContribute to a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environmentTake on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, growing organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition and cost accountingExperience with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft OutlookProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountabilityStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and adapt
