Marcel is seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant General Manager to entertain our guests! The Assistant General Manager leads all aspects of service and guest recognition in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager by leading the team in an open, positive and approachable manner. He/she controls reservations and endeavors to greet and seat every repeat guest personally. He/she actively walks the floor and engages with guests to build personal connections and memorable customized experiences. The Assistant General Manager fosters and encourages an educational environment by training and leading his/her team to success. 5-years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, two of which are in fine dining management.
